About

Clay County Flyers is an AMA sanctioned #4566, RC aircraft, club located in Clay County, Florida, south of Orange Park and west of the Fleming Island area. We enjoy a year-round flying season and have members that cover every aspect of model aviation from small, electric, park flyers to giant-scale rotor or fixed-wing aircraft. After 9 a.m., some of our members choose to use gas-powered aircraft as well. Our club is comprised of individuals of all ages that enjoy a safe and fun environment in which to fly, swap stories and exchange knowledge in the hobby we all enjoy. The field is open to members daily and we have a number of events each year, typically on Saturdays.

This section came from the Clay County Agreement/Contract.
